This year's Co-Mission Women's Day is taking place virtually on Saturday 30 January 2021, 10:00am-12:30pm. We hope you can join us!
We're excited to be able to still "meet" online and even more excited to be joined by Gabby Samuel, who is going to talk to us on the theme of trusting in God's sovereignty in difficult and uncertain times.
OUR SPEAKER
Gabby Samuel, originally from Manchester, now lives and works in South London. Work-life is split between her local church family at Stockwell Baptist Church and the Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches (FIEC) as the Women's Ministry Development Worker. Life in lockdown has consisted mainly of tea, zoom, endless walks around parks and plants (of which she is now a happy mother of 13).
OUR PROGRAMME
The morning will take place from 10am-12:30pm and will include a talk from Gabby Samuel
interviews from women across London
singing & worship
time in prayer
& discussion time with one another in small breakout groups
The event will be hosted on our online event platform - the link to the event will be shared with you ahead of the event.
OUR THEME
Gabby will help us explore how we can trust in God's sovereignty when facing uncertain or difficult times. 2020 hasn't been the year that any of us would have predicted or wished for, coming with enormous challenges and struggles in our lives and the lives of those we love, and yet we will see that we can trust that God has and will continue to use it for His glory and purposes.
