At King’s Church we are passionate about all ages enjoying church. We believe that families are the primary place where children are to be raised and encouraged in their faith. We seek to support parents in this by faithfully teaching children on Sundays in age specific groups where the Bible is taught in a way that they can understand and engage with.

Our prayer is that from birth to adulthood, they would grow in their knowledge of Jesus and that by God's grace there would never be a day when they don’t know his love and care for them.

King’s Kids is split into five groups:

  • Jesters (0-3 yrs)

  • Archers (3 yRs - Reception)

  • Falconers (Yr 1 & 2)

  • Nobles (YR 3 - YR 5)

  • Citizens (Yr 6+)

Once a month we have an All Age Service where the children remain in with us, so we can learn together and from each other as a church family.

FRIDAY NIGHT YOUTH GROUP (Year 6 - 18 yrs):

Our Youth Ministry seeks to disciple, train and reach out to young people. Our Youth Group meets fortnightly on a Friday evening at the Walton Youth Centre. The evening includes a Bible talk, food, craft and games.

We recognise that our parents have the primary responsibility for raising their children as godly Christians, and we seek to support them, in this vitally important role, through engaging the whole church family to care, encourage, love, and disciple our young people.  We want our church family to be a safe space for our children and youth to feel free to ask any question they wish and to wrestle with their faith and how it applies to their life.  Ultimately we want everyone in our church family, from the youngest to the eldest, to be disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ who want to live for Christ and share the Good News (the Gospel) with those they meet.
